MINIMIZATION OF ZONE WITH INTERDEPENDENCE BETWEEN THE MAIN FANS IN THE COALMINE

 Abstract. Interaction between the coalmine main fans with aerodynamic connection in outgoing stream is considered as a key efficiency factor of the fan joint operation. It is shown that in some cases, the interaction can be reduced by changing configuration of a zone in ventilation network where the fans operate jointly. With this end in view, a method is proposed for analyzing the network hubs located at the border of the zone and for determining ratio of air consumption in the branch tunnels outgoing from the hubs. Ventilation in such branch tunnels shall be effected in such a way that air consumption is redistributed in favor of branch tunnel with greater consumption; at reaching the state when air in the branch tunnel with less air debit is broken, the hub is excluded from the hub set at the border of the zone with the main fan interaction because methane-air mixture stops to flow to one of the interacting main fans. In cases with two-fan ventilation, obtaining of such results in all of the hubs at the border of the fan interaction zone means that the ventilation is transferred into the sectional type. For the case of the use at the management by ventilation of multiventilator network of regulators expense of air conducting of additional researches is needed.
