Abstract.

One of the most critical problems in the field of mineral enrichment is absence of resources for washery refuse storage. Therefore, a problem of restoration of the storage accumulating power and extension of the storage operation life without allotment of additional lands is the strongest business case today. Findings on problems arising at introducing technologies for condensing the stored pulps to concentration of the paste in the Ukrainian mining and processing companies are presented in the article. Technological schemes for the washery refuse storage were studied when a part of the pulp was condensed to the paste concentration. As a result of the studies, it was proposed to extract, at the stage of the storage filling, a valuable component which remains in the washery refuse on the sites of a beach round the damp and to apply the combined technology for the waste storage.

Key words: washery refuse storage, pulp with different degrees of concentration.
