Abstract.

With the growing the life of shafts the problem to ensure safety lifting vessels in a Hard armor (due to increased wear of shaft equipment, curving shafts axes under the influence of geological and mining-technical conditions while maintaining a sufficiently high performance requirements mine hoist.

By the method of finite element modeling obtained amplitude-frequency and deformation parameters of the most common hard armor schemes and skips designs by modern domestic coal producers. Based on these results was analyzed the minimum overlap of the side surfaces of the leading device. The results show that at invariable level of the dynamic loads (dynamic track width) the risk getting out of gearing of the vessel increases in proportion to the head-wear leading devices and streaks, which leads to an increase in total frontal gap and decrease the overlap region of the streak side surfaces by the walls of  the leading device.

Keywords: rigid reinforcement, mining shaft, box-shaped conductor, a weld, the radius of the rounded conductor, the dynamic deflection of the conductor.
