Abstract.

The problems of development and widespread industrial implementation of powerful vibrating machines and systems are considered for the realization of cyclic-flow technology of manufacture and delivery of uranium-bearing ore in underground mining. On the basis of elastomeric structures – elastic hangers and protective linings – high mountain feeders and systems are created for testing three types of ore deposits: thin and vein deposits; mining of average power; powerful mining ore deposits. Elastomeric constructions provided the technological operation mode of vibration machines, their specified long life, high reliability and quality in the difficult conditions of underground mining ores. The use of vibrating machines in the production and delivery of ore increased productivity of manufacture by 1.5-2 times, reduced to 5-10 times the number of hang-ups, reduced the number of explosions to eliminate them, reduced dust content of the atmosphere, totally eliminated injuries of miners, reduce noise, enabled by remote control automation of production process and delivery of ore. Ultimately that made it possible to create a cyclic-flow low-waste technology of ore mining.
