on Periodical Publication of the “Geo-technical Mechanics” Journal of Collected Papers of the Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics named by N. Polyakov of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

 The Regulations define:

• normative and legislative base of the edition;
• periodicity, mission and circulation of the edition;
• procedure of creation and re-organization of the periodical publication;
• documents submitted to the state register;
• obligations of the editor-in-chief;
• obligations of members of editorial board;
• obligations of members of editorial staff;
• organization-publisher of the periodical publication;
• shop floor material logistics of the edition office
