CHOICE AND GROUND OF AERODYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF THE IMPELLER PORTABLE MINE ANEMOMETER APR-2

Abstract.

The analysis of features, dignities and lacks of the devices of measuring of speed of current of air used in world practice in the rock making is given in the article. It is marked that the world tendencies of perfection of tachometrical transformers of expense of air are taken, mainly, to the improvement of construction of rotation knots, for what it is necessary to use modern wear-resistant materials or subminiaturizational ball bearings. It is shown, that optimum for the modern anemometers of high class, having the lower limit of range of measurings 0,2 – 0,25 м/s, there is the use by kryl'chatky diameters 70 – 100 mm.; diminishment of geometrical parameters of kryl'chatky, that multiplies exactness of measurings, is grounded. The method of choice of optimum aerodynamic parameters of impeller is resulted: amounts and forms of blades, corner of their setting. It is drawn on got result at perfection of the existent model APR-2, and also at creation of pre-production model of device of control of expense of air and depression of the mountain making.
