Annotation.

The aim of the work is to justify reduction of specific energy consumption for coal transportation by the mine conveyor belts by way of changing technology of mineral transportation by using mechanized bunkers in the drift and adapting the conveyor belt operating modes to the working faces. Object of research: the process of formation of cargo flow and weighted average specific energy consumption for transportation of bulk cargo by the mine conveyors. Subject of research: dependences of the output cargo flow from the lava and the average weighted specific energy consumption for transporting the extracted coal by mine scraper and belt conveyors on technological parameters of the operation of the mining district with and without adaptation of the operating modes of conveyor transport and shearer.

The problem of substantiating the reduction of specific energy consumption for coal transportation by mine conveyors by combining the adaptation of the speed of the face conveyor and the shearer, as well as using mechanized bunkers for the drift as intermediate tanks, was solved. The results of the study will be useful for studuing operating modes of conveyor belts with various ways of adapting their operating mode with operating modes of working faces with a different number of the latter operating in different mining and geological conditions; justification of the method and algorithm for adapting the speed of the conveyor belt to the operating parameters of the working face equipment supplying coal to the conveyor belt; substantiation of the space and design parameters for optimizing the operating mode of the belt conveyor with an adjustable drive adapted to the operating parameters of the working face equipment supplying coal to the conveyor as a mechatronic subsystem.

Keywords:

face output freight flow, weighted average specific energy consumption for transportation, adaptation of the shearer and conveyor modes, a mechanized floating bunker, a time shift between coal extraction cycles
