Publication of materials of fundamental and applied research in geo-technical mechanics, mechanics of machines, processing and utilization of mineral raw materials, integrated power system performance, technologies and engineering of mineral resources development, rock mechanics, geology of mineral deposits, occupational safety and occupational health in mining, environmental protection fields of science.

2. The exchange of scientific ideas, methodology and practical research achievements in geo-technical mechanics.

3. Providing information field for discussion of new theories, methods and results of innovative research in the geotechnical mechanics field of science.

4. Expanding the horizons of researchers from specialized and related disciplines, informing the wide range of researchers and practical specialists about problems and best practices of geo-technical mechanics field of science.
