Abstract.
Emergency and traumatism on the coal mines of Ukraine requires the permanent improvement measures of the control system by a labour protection and development of new approaches to estimation of risks of mine production. Authentication of danger and estimations risk of traumatism, professional sicknesses, violations terms of labour on working places and origin of emergency situations, providing semiquantitative approach to estimation and management by the risk, possibility of probabilistic estimation and account of not only dangerous and harmful factors of production environment, but and possibility of acceptance of argumented decision on the choice of correcting and warning measures, definition in number measured aims and tasks on a labour protection, serves this purpose. Different aspects estimations of production risks and use for this purpose matrix of risks are considered. The example of forming matrix of risks origin of the failure accompanied by a traumatism on a coal enterprise is resulted.
